In 2021 just the other side of lockdowns, she graded for and achieved her Black Belt. She coaches regularly at Earl Shilton and recently became a grading examiner

Sean Kavanagh

Assistant Coach

Sean is now a 2nd Dan Black Belt, gaining this in 2021.

Sean first started because a good friend of his was looking for a martial art.

Sean soon fell in love with Ju Jitsu and although his friend later stopped training, Sean continued and still has the same excitement and enthusiasm he developed in those early days.

He loves sword work, which begins after Black Belt and assisting other students to learn new techniques.
