Because we have total faith in our service, our coaches and our classes, we offer a "Try before you buy" system via a FREE TRIAL.
It is extremely difficult, if not completely impossible, to make a decision on something as important as your or your child's safety without first meeting us and trialling our service, which is exactly why we do this - some places offer paid trials but want you to test us, completely free.
We run the following classes;

- Children aged 4-6yrs
- Children aged 6-14yrs
- Adults from age 15
- Ladies only Kickboxing
