THIRD: Take the trial for the next 60 days using the following instructions, it is important you follow these instructions to gain maximum benefit. Aloe Vera is a natural herbal product and like all herbal products you need to allow time for it to penetrate your digestive and immune system until you are topped up to feel the benefits.;

• DAY 1: Take 30ml of Aloe Vera Gel in the morning on an empty stomach (if you need a measuring cup, please ask Sensei Amanda).
• DAY 2: Take 60ml of Aloe Vera Gel in the morning on an empty stomach.
• DAY 3: Take 90ml of Aloe Vera Gel in the morning on an empty stomach.
• DAY 4 to 60: Take 120ml of Aloe Vera Gel in the morning on an empty stomach.
• DAY 59: Make an informed decision to how you feel today after taking the trial.
